Overview
Your health and safety is one of our top priorities, and we want to make sure you are prepared for and supported throughout any emergency or disaster situation. Mosaic offers you many programs and resources to help you and your family during these events.
Cigna
Having supportive resources at your fingertips can help you to be ready to meet practical and emotional challenges before, during, or after an emergency event. Find helpful information on family preparedness, shelters, helping children cope after an event, and event-specific tips for earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, tornadoes, wildfires, winter storms, and more by visiting our Disaster Resource Center.
Tornado Relief for Impacted Areas
Our thoughts are with all employees impacted by the recent tornadoes in the Midwestern and Southern regions of the U.S. The devastation caused by these tornadoes and associated severe storms has resulted in significant damage and the displacement of hundreds of residents. Your safety and well-being are our top priorities during this challenging time.
We understand that accessing medical care may be difficult right now, so we want to remind you that your Cigna Health Plan includes access to MDLIVE virtual visits. With MDLIVE, you and your eligible dependents have 24/7 access to affordable virtual doctor visits. MDLIVE is offering one free MDLIVE Urgent Care visit and/or one free MDLIVE Behavioral Health visit to support you and your family.
How it Works:
- Visit www.mycigna.com, call 888-726-3171, or download the myCigna app from the App Store or Google Play.
- Select Urgent Care (on-demand 24/7) or Mental Health (by appointment only) and schedule an appointment with a provider.
- Simply enter the promo code MWTornadoUC for urgent care or MWTornadoBH for behavioral health when presented with payment options to redeem a free visit. Please note that these promo codes expire on 6/17/2025. Codes apply in the main states that were impacted: Missouri, Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, South Carolina, Mississippi, Arkansas, and Alabama.
If you are not enrolled in a Mosaic health plan, free general medical care is available for any individual displaced or impacted by the tornado through Teladoc (Livongo). Please contact the natural disaster hotline 855-225-5032 or visit www.teladochealth.com/disaster-hotline to access care.
