Annual Enrollment
Annual Enrollment is October 27 - November 10, 2025
This is your opportunity to change benefit elections and update dependents for coverage effective January 1, 2026. The benefits you choose during this time will be effective for all of 2026, unless you have a qualifying life event during the year, such as a marriage or the addition of a child.
If you do nothing, your current elections will rollover into 2026, with the exception of your Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA).
To make benefit elections for 2026, go to Workday.
Contact HR Connect at 1-855-660-6947 with your enrollment, payroll, or other general HR questions. HR Connect is available Monday through Friday, from 7 a.m. – 5 p.m. ET.
IMPORTANT!
After Annual Enrollment ends, you cannot change your benefit elections unless you experience a qualifying life event, such as a birth or a marriage. Remember, if a qualifying life event occurs, you have 30 days to initiate a benefit change in Workday and attach documentation or notify HR Connect of your change. If changes are not made within this timeframe, you will miss your opportunity to update your benefit elections and will have to wait until the next Annual Enrollment to make changes to your benefits coverage.
