If you enroll in the program, you’ll receive a free FDA-approved wireless blood pressure monitor that connects to your phone through a mobile app, allowing you to track your blood pressure anytime and get clear explanations of your results, along with tips, medication reminders, and progress reports. Hinge Health provides virtual, physical therapy designed to help you conquer pain, recover from injuries or surgery, or stay healthy and pain free. You'll work with a dedicated care team, which includes a physical therapist and, if needed for chronic pain management, a health coach. You'll receive a personalized exercise therapy program designed just for you. Each exercise session can be done in 15 minutes or less.
In addition to a general exercise program for a wide range of muscular and joint issues, Hinge Health also offers an exercise therapy program for women's pelvic health to address pain, discomfort, bladder control, and other pelvic health concerns. The program is free for you and dependents age 18 or older if enrolled in a Mosaic medical plan.
