You have an opportunity to earn up to $500 each by completing any combination of the activities listed below. Incentives earned will be added to the employee’s paycheck approximately 4-6 weeks following completion of the activity. Additional details about the following activity options are located below.

Get a snapshot of your cholesterol, blood pressure, blood sugar level and BMI to help you track progress toward your goals. Incentive can be earned one time per calendar year.

Track Steps or Active Minutes
Have you ever wondered how many steps you take a day or month? Download the Virgin Pulse app and follow the steps to connect your activity tracker. Once connected, track activity for 20 days a month and earn $10 in payroll credit per month. Incentive can be earned 12 times per calendar year.

New members who join Virgin Pulse receive $25 Pulse Cash, which can be redeemed to get a Max Buzz™! Once you’ve joined Virgin Pulse, download and sign in to the mobile app. Select the “Profile” icon on the bottom right of the screen, and then click on “Shop” at the top of your Profile Page. Preventive care is one of the easiest ways you can help yourself stay healthy. Complete any combination of the following exams in 2025 and earn $100. Incentive can be earned two times per calendar year:
