For enrollment, payroll, or other general HR questions, contact Mosaic HR Connect at 1-855-660-6947. HR Connect is available Monday through Friday, from 7 a.m. – 5 p.m. ET.


After your enrollment period ends, you cannot change your benefit elections unless you experience a qualified status change, such as a birth or a marriage. Remember, if a qualified status change occurs, you have 30 days to notify HR Connect or you will miss your opportunity to update your benefit elections and will have to wait until the next Annual Enrollment.
